Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a persistent autoimmune disorder that characterized by joint inflammation, discomfort, and impairment. Despite the existence of several therapeutic approaches, their effectiveness often restricted may be linked to unfavorable side effects. Consequently, there has been growing interest in investigating naturally derived compounds as plausible agents for RA disease. The objective this review summarize existing preclinical clinical evidence regarding efficacy extracted plant extracts treatment RA, focusing on anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative, immunomodulatory properties. Some problems with using natural chemicals are uneven quality commercially available preparations poor bioavailability these compounds. Future investigations should focus improving formulations, conducting thorough trials, exploring different techniques fully utilize intrinsic potential treating RA.

ABSTRACT Bay laurel ( Laurus nobilis ) essential oil is known for its antimicrobial, anti‐inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. This study examined the effects of L. (LN) on Nile tilapia Oreochromis niloticus under cold stress conditions (16°C). Tilapia (initial weight, 5.02 ± 0.02 g) were acclimatized to 16°C 14 days before being fed diets containing 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 g/kg LN 84 days. The 1.5 group exhibited highest final body weight gain p ≤ 0.05), while survival rates peaked at 1 g/kg. Biometric indices feed efficiency significantly enhanced, particularly 0.05). Histological analysis revealed improved intestinal hepatic structures in LN‐supplemented groups, although mild alterations observed 2.0 Blood biochemical showed increased total protein reduced cholesterol supplemented groups. Immune responses, including serum lysozyme activity bacterial inhibition, enhanced or higher Antioxidant enzyme activities, superoxide dismutase (SOD) catalase (CAT), 0.05) with supplementation, malondialdehyde (MDA) levels decreased, indicating oxidative stress. Gene expression demonstrated insulin‐like growth factor glucose transporter 4 oil, tumor necrosis factor‐alpha decreased dosages. Dietary g/kg, enhances growth, immunity, defense Future studies should optimize dosages explore broader applications across species conditions.

Thiram is a widely used fungicide in agricultural practices as spraying on crops and grains storage but its potential adverse effects non-target aquatic organisms have raised serious concerns. In this study, firstly LC50 value of thiram has been determined 0.744 mg/L for the first time Labeo rohita then, fish were exposed to different sub-lethal concentrations (40 μg/L, 80 μg/L 120 μg/L) evaluate tissue growth, oxidative stress, anti-oxidant enzymes histo-pathological parameters at days-20, 40 60 experiment. There observed significant (p < 0.05) decrease body weight while increase relative absolute weights kidneys, heart brain was found. Hematological analysis showed leukocytes neutrophils lymphocytes monocytes, RBCs hemoglobin concentration significantly decreased. Serum biochemical revealed urea hepatic total proteins, albumin creatinine higher doses (80 thiram. Oxidative stress parameters; ROS TBARS increased antioxidant (CAT, SOD, POD, GSH) treated groups compared control. Moreover, comet assay DNA damage isolated cells that further confirmed by alterations these tissues. The findings demonstrate severely pollute marine eco-system quite hazardous species causing severe health even thus, render apparently clean water be unfit animal human consumption.
