The

omics
technologies,
together
with
integrated
data
analysis

approaches
can
help
clinically

biomarkers.

need

accurately
quantified
using
robust
reproducible
methods,

reliable
point-of-care
systems.
Ideally,
samples
should

quick,
cost-efficient
noninvasive
methods.

Abstract:
Mucus
is
