Walking ability is essential for human survival and health. Its basic rhythm mainly generated by the central pattern generator of spinal cord. The rhythmic stimulation music to auditory center affects cerebral cortex other higher nerve centers, acts on generator. By means entrainment, can produce walking synchronized with rhythm, control muscle tension, then regulate gait. Basal ganglia dysfunction main cause abnormal gait in patients Parkinson's disease. Music therapy provides external stimulation, recruits neural networks bypass basal synchronizes rhythms both time space through auditory-motor networks, helping promote improvement patterns

Swallowing is essential for human health, and the cerebellum crucial motor movement regulation. Cerebellar strokes may cause dysphagia, but their exact effects remain unexplored in swallowing function. Therefore, aim of this study was to analyze precise clinical characteristics oral pharyngeal phases after cerebellar stroke critically discuss cerebellum's contribution swallowing. The involved 34 participants with strokes, gathered through convenience sampling. Neurologists diagnosed isolated a speech language pathologist examined ability using Mann Assessment Ability. found that 52.9% people experienced dysphagia stroke. Dysphagia significantly associated higher risk aspiration. Age also correlated dysphagia. No significant correlation between sex. In conclusion, suggests can adversely affect non-motor aspects severe aspiration risk. Thus, early diagnosis timely management following help prevent serious consequences.
