Abstract Over the last two decades, online safety education has emerged as a new field of research focusing on concerns about myriad cyber risks. These risks range from sexual exploitation through to reproduction social inequalities. This research aims to find the relationship of smartphone competence and information literacy self-efficacy with digital citizenship. Objectives study were achieved through quantitative approach. The population was ‘ Education ’ students different universities a convenient technique used. Data analysed using SPSS SmartPLS software. Findings showed significant mobile citizenship (DC). Performance Expectancy (PE) Facilitating Conditions (FC) also significantly related DC. Pathways to professional digital competence to teach for digital citizenship: social science teacher education in flux DOI Creative Commons

Increasingly pervasive digital technologies in societies are placing complex demands on the development of young people's citizenship and competence. Social science education teacher (TE) play important, but poorly understood, roles this development. Through reflexive thematic analysis semi-structured interviews, paper explores 15 Swedish educators' (TEDs) views teaching for citizenship, particularly social TE's role. We also consider organisational personal conditions that may influence TEDs' professional competence (PDC) such teaching. Their examined through a postdigital lens, with focus democratic implications evolving socio-technical environments. The results indicate TEDs acknowledge importance TE find maintaining responsiveness to societal changes challenging. Challenges posed by multidisciplinary character education, including how trajectories shape their dual-didactic task teach citizenship. Digital Safety refers to the knowledge and skills needed for intentional protection of users in digital environment. With children having access devices at a young age, it has become essential them be educated on how safe world. Through week-long summer camp safety, elementary-age learners were introduced four topics (digital identity footprint, cyberbullying, netiquette, security privacy). This study found that safety immersion was beneficial elementary school based achievement, attitude, behavior data collected. Posttest scores statistically significant from pre-test. Cyberbullying topic had highest pre- post-knowledge, whereas netiquette online behavior, privacy comparatively lesser scores. Students demonstrated positive attitudes post-camp survey they also included several lessons learned Pixton comic strip, which created as final project camp. The findings this contribute current literature preparing students' related have implications students, teachers, administrators, parents.

This study is an exploration of the prerequisites in Swedish teacher education policy for educators' dual didactic task developing student teachers' professional digital competence to such a level that they are capable K–12 pupils' adequate competence. Data were collected from 20 institutions offering programs which teachers could earn degree Master Arts Primary Education School Years 4–6. Overall, data comprised national guidelines and curriculum regulations Sweden (e.g. Higher Ordinance; N = 1), program syllabi at selected (N 20), course plans (for all 240 ECTS, 4-year full-time studies; 450), total 471 documents. Abstract The aim of this study was to explore, analyse, and critically discuss conditions for Swedish ICT coordinators working on school digitalisation in a local municipal context. More specifically, the draws findings from interviews with 13 information communication technology (ICT) eight municipalities that have adopted two contrasting approaches digitalisation. One is general approach strong element individual within-school accountability work, other specific which such work addressed more as an organisational process involvement governing officials. Bu nedenle dataizm savunucuları, verimlilik, kolaylık yenilik umuduyla ne kadar çok toplanır işlenirse hayatlarımızın o iyi olacağını iddia etmektedirler. Fakat adaleti anlayışı, ilkesiz bir toplayıcılığına kesinlikle tezat fikri savunmaktadır. Veri ekosisteminde adalet, eşitlik bireysel hakların mahremiyetin korunması ilkelerine dayanması gerektiğini vurgulamaktadır. Dolayısıyla veriyle ilgili eşitsizliklerin, algoritmalardaki önyargı ayrımcılık potansiyelinin bireylerin refahı pahasına gözetim veya kâr amacıyla kötüye kullanılmasının ciddiyetle dikkate alınması vurgulamaktadırlar. makalede, merkezli yaklaşımların etik sosyal sonuçlarını irdeleyerek bu arasındaki gerilimi araştırılmıştır. verimlilik ile dengeler hakkında soruları gündeme getirilmiştir. Verilerin hayatımızda giderek daha merkezi rol oynadığı çağda, vericilik toplayıcılığa karşı perspektiflerini anlamak uzlaştırmak, adil sorumlu geleceğini şekillendirmek için hayati önem taşımaktadır.
