Abstract
As
teachers
are

citizenship

perspectives

teachers'

Perceptions
Digital
Citizenship
Scale
(T‐PODS)
as
a
survey
instrument
for
scholars

educators'

Increasingly
pervasive
digital
technologies
in
societies
are
placing
complex
demands
on
the
development
of
young
people's
citizenship
and
competence.
Social
science
education
teacher
(TE)
play

poorly
understood,
roles

reflexive
thematic
analysis
semi-structured
interviews,

explores

Swedish
educators'
(TEDs)
views
teaching
for

social
TE's

conditions
