The United Nations Development Summit in 2015 adopted the “2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development”, establishing a framework Goals (SDGs) with aim of achieving coordinated economic, social, and ecological development worldwide by 2030. “environmental, governance” (ESG) approach is important within concept SDGs subject increasing attention from scholars. Despite China’s significant contributions to SDGs, it still faces numerous challenges terms environmental governance development. With ongoing digital technology, many Chinese enterprises aspire harness dividends transformation order achieve SDGs. In this study, we help companies understand how they can improve their ESG performance through transformation. We use sample A-share listed China 2011 2020 construct index profiling frequency digital-related words companies’ annual reports using textual analysis. This paper aims to study the impact of digitalization on energy efficiency in Europe, where institutions are committed promote both digital transformation and transition by implementing European Twin Transition, ETT [1]. This study examines the impact of digital integration on environmental sustainability European companies from 2016 to 2022, focusing emissions reduction, innovation, and resource efficiency. Using a two-stage system generalized method moments (GMM) model quantile regression with instrumental variables panel data, we investigate how technologies influence corporate practices. Descriptive statistics reveal significant variation in technology adoption performance among 22 countries studied. Pearson's correlation matrix variance inflation factor analyses confirm absence multicollinearity variables. Abstract With growing public concerns about ecological issues, it has been increasingly critical for corporations to enhance their green competitive advantages. Utilizing a natural‐resource‐based view of firm and human resource management (HRM) perspective, we propose that HRM (GHRM) promotes firms' advantages by facilitating two kinds innovation (i.e., product/process innovation). Via two‐wave survey study chief resources officers (CHOs) financial (CFOs) from 69 companies in China, find support GHRM positively links product process innovations, each which will, turn, have positive correlation with advantage. Moreover, an indirectly linkage between advantage via types is also proved. Our expands current research demonstrating effect building revealing parallel mechanisms such effect.
