Introduction:
Massive
Open
Online
Courses
(MOOCs)
are
an
agile
context
for
workplace
training,
which
can
provide
physicians
with
needed
knowledge
and
skills
related
to
their
clinical
practice.
From
organisational
standpoint,
effectiveness

assessed
on
physicians’
intention
transfer
what
they
learn
through
them
in
the
workplace.

Theory
of
Planned
Behaviour
(TPB)

among

explaining

behavioural
intention,

underdeveloped,
limiting

The
integration
of
Artificial
Intelligence
(AI)
in
educational
settings
is
rapidly
evolving,
presenting
both
opportunities
and
challenges
for
pre-service
English
teachers.
This
case
study
explored
three
Indonesian
EFL
teachers’
experiences
using
AI
technologies
the
implications
their
pedagogical
practices
during
teaching
practicum.
Several
tools,
namely
ChatGPT,
Copilot,
Twee,
Quizizz
AI,
were
used
to
help
teachers
planning,
creating
learning
content,
assessing
students.

To
explore
the
mechanism
