Introduction: Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) are an agile context for workplace training, which can provide physicians with needed knowledge and skills related to their clinical practice. From organisational standpoint, effectiveness be assessed on physicians’ intention transfer what they learn through them in the workplace. Despite Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) standing among more solid models explaining individuals’ behavioural intention, its adoption investigating training process is notably underdeveloped, limiting contribution enhancing rates MOOCs content. To explore the mechanism among digital literacy, online learning satisfaction, engagement, and parents’ educational expectations, a survey-based quantitative research approach was adopted to collect data.
