Empowering leadership and organizational exploration: the role of preoccupation with failure and leader gender

Purpose Organizational exploration has recently emerged in the literature as an essential aspect of contemporary organizations. However, little is known about its antecedents and, specifically, role leadership styles. The present study investigates relationship between empowering and organizational exploration. In addressing this relationship, we examine preoccupation with failure leader gender a mediator moderator, respectively. Design/methodology/approach We collected data from sample 326 US employees March 2022. To test hypotheses, used PROCESS SPSS macro. Findings Our results supported our moderated mediation model, demonstrating that indirect via stronger for male leaders than female counterparts. Practical implications Concerning practical study, organizations should be cognizant leaders’ impact on desirable outcomes. Effectiveness of Integrated Digital Solutions to Empower Older Adults in Aspects Related to Their Health: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis (Preprint)

Background Digital solutions, such as mobile apps or telemonitoring devices, are frequently considered facilitators in the process of empowering older adults, but they can also act a source digital exclusion disempowerment if not adequate for adults’ needs and characteristics. Objective This study aimed to synthesize critically evaluate existing evidence on effectiveness integrated solutions that enable interaction adults aspects related their health explore potential factors (eg, type technology, participants’ characteristics) impacting effectiveness. Dolayısıyla çalışanların liderleri tarafından psikolojik olarak güçlendirilmeleri, örgütsel katkısını arttıran bir unsurdur. durum, fikir eleştirilerini rahatlıkla söyleyebilmeleri, yaptıkları işle ilgili kontrol sahibi olmaları, özgür, bağımsız özerk davranabilmeleri ile mümkündür. Sonuç araştırmaya bağlı bulundukları yöneticilerinin özelliklerinin, bu algılarında olumlu artışa açtığı söylenebilir.
