Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a neurodegenerative that causes memory and cognitive dysfunction reduces person's decision-making reasoning functions. AD the leading cause of dementia in elderly. Patients with have increased expression pro-inflammatory cytokines nervous system, sustained inflammatory response impairs neuronal function. Meanwhile, long-term use anti-inflammatory drugs can reduce incidence to some extent. This confirms anti-neuroinflammation may be an effective treatment for AD. Gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) are emerging nanomaterial promising physicochemical properties, antioxidant. AuNPs neuroinflammation by inducing macrophage polarization toward M2 phenotype, reducing cytokine expression, blocking leukocyte adhesion, decreasing oxidative stress. Therefore, gradually attracting interest scholars used treating diseases drug delivery. Abstract This research explores the eco-friendly synthesis of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) using Cassia occidentalis L. seed extract. Various analytical techniques, including UV–visible spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDX), were employed for comprehensive characterization. The spectra revealed a distinct peak at 425 nm, while extract exhibited peaks 220 248 indicating presence polyphenols phytochemicals. High-resolution TEM unveiled spherical oval-shaped AgNPs with diameters ranging from 6.44 to 28.50 nm. SEM exhibiting shape polydisperse nature, thus providing insights into morphology AgNPs. EDX analysis confirmed atoms 10.01% in sample. XRD results unequivocally confirm crystalline nature suspension, thereby valuable their structural characteristics purity. antioxidant properties AgNPs, C. extract, butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) assessed, revealing IC 50 values 345, 500, 434 μg/mL, respectively. Antibacterial evaluation against Bacillus subtilis , Staphylococcus aureus Escherichia coli demonstrated heightened sensitivity bacteria compared AgNO 3 . Standard antibiotics, tetracycline, ciprofloxacin, acting as positive controls, substantial antibacterial efficacy. green-synthesized displayed potent activity, suggesting potential viable alternative conventional antibiotics combating pathogenic bacterial infections. Furthermore, biomedical applications thoroughly discussed.

In this review, we comprehensively describe catalyzed multicomponent reactions (MCRs) and the multiple roles of catalysis combined with key parameters to perform these transformations. Besides improving yields shortening reaction times, is vital achieving greener protocols furthering MCR field research. Considering that MCRs typically have two or more possible pathways explain transformation, essential for selecting a route avoiding byproduct formation. Key parameters, such as temperature, catalyst amounts reagent quantities, were analyzed. Solvent effects, which are likely most neglected topic in MCRs, well their catalysis, critically discussed. Stereocontrolled rarely observed without presence catalytic system, also presented discussed review. Perspectives on use systems improved finally presented.
