Fish meal represents the main protein source for most commercially farmed aquatic species, as it is characterized by high nutritional value and lack of anti-nutritional factors. However, its availability market price have been recognized serious problems at least over a decade, making necessary to search non-conventional sources, an alternative fish meals. This review aims comprehensively examine critically revise use all sources explored date on health, welfare, growth performance major species interesting from global scenario. Biodiversitas 25: 1436-1453. Macroalgae are an essential part the marine biodiversity requiring thorough investigation for conservation and cultivation purposes. Therefore, this study aimed to identify analyze relationship coastal waters Maluku Province, between June July 2023. Sampling was performed at four locations, i.e., Hutumuri, Alang, Aer Low, Suli Villages, followed by laboratory identification measurements. The results showed significant variations in featuring temperatures ranging 25.00-30.05°C, pH 7.00-8.34, salinity 31.00-32.00, dissolved oxygen (DO) 6.00-15.27. Furthermore, substrate each location differed, presenting sequentially as sandy coral, mud sand. 11, 10, 6, 25 species were found Suli, respectively. Each species, with distinct morphological sizes, distributed across Chlorophyta, Ochrophyta, Rhodofhyta classes.
