This study provides a comprehensive review of the efforts utilized in measurement water quality parameters (WQPs) with focus on total dissolved solids (TDS) and suspended (TSS). The current method used TDS TSS includes conventional field gravimetric approaches. These methods are limited due to associated cost labor, spatial coverages. Remote Sensing (RS) applications have, however, been over past few decades as an alternative overcome these limitations. Although they also present underlying atmospheric interferences images, radiometric spectral resolution issues. Assessing water quality is necessary to ascertain its viability for domestic, industrial, and agricultural purposes. A total of 48 samples were, respectively, drawn from the Rivers Karawa Iyiaji located in Ezeagu Uzo-uwani which are typical rural areas Enugu State, Nigeria. In recent decades, water pollution has become a major concern, threatening both humans and natural ecosystems. This study aims to analyze seasonal variations in the quality of surface Nador Canal Morocco, using index (WQI) principal component analysis (PCA). Surface samples from 22 sites along canal were analyzed for physical, chemical, heavy metal parameters. Urbanization entails extensive construction and substantial land use alterations, converting natural areas into residential, commercial, mixed-use industrial. These alterations disrupt the surface energy, impacting temperatures (LSTs). Elevated LSTs affect thermal comfort of urban residents exerting pressure on environment ecosystems. This study investigates repercussions elevated LST human comfort, focusing Doha municipality in Qatar for 2002–2003, 2013, 2022, with a specific focus summer temperatures. Utilizing remote sensing Geographical Information Systems (GIS), we conducted an in-depth investigation, employing Landsat data along GIS tools to create maps pattern establish correlation between LST.
