The Chinese manufacturing industry faces many challenges to sustainable development. This study examines how transformational leadership, corporate culture, and digital transformation affect organizations’ sustainability. It will also examine the moderating role of environmental dynamism mediating effect innovation capabilities. Reducing carbon emissions while maintaining simultaneous economic growth has been the focus of agricultural and environmental management research in recent times. Green innovation is a new approach to achieving sustainable social development. Examining whether firms can reap the rewards of this costly and risky endeavor essential assessing they sustainably adhere green strategy. This study was conducted on sample Chinese A-share-listed from 2010 2021 employed two-way fixed-effects approach. We found that substantive strategic innovations significantly impact firms’ financial environmental performance. This study examines the mechanism of digital economy on low-carbon trade competitiveness in China’s manufacturing sector using panel data from 30 provinces 2011 to 2022, employing dynamic and moderated threshold model. The findings indicate that significantly enhances competitiveness.
