In the era of digital economy, it has become an inevitable trend for manufacturing enterprises to establish industrial Internet platforms toward achieving transformation and innovative development. However, current development model is still imperfect, wherein application scenario complex, investment cost too high, return-on-investment cycle long, other factors have hindered willingness employ cloud services capital investment. For this reason, governments introduced a series relevant incentive policies promote upgrading enterprises. Considering role government incentives, study first constructs evolutionary game with local governments, enterprises, as main players. Then, dynamic change process each player’s strategy choice stable state system evolution under multiple scenarios are analyzed, validity conclusions verified through numerical simulation analysis. ABSTRACT Effective corporate governance is essential for aligning contributions with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Companies must embed SDG priorities into their strategies to balance social and financial objectives. This study examines how influences disclosures by publicly listed firms, focusing on prioritized areas. Grounded in stakeholder theory, it explores structures meet expectations, promoting transparency accountability reporting. The research highlights the urgency of integrating sustainability advance global efforts. A quantitative analysis utilized data from 2009 2020 annual reports firms Ghana Stock Exchange, supplemented secondary data. sample included 13 at least 12 years operation, totaling 156 firm‐year observations. Probit regression descriptive statistics were applied analysis. Findings reveal a limited impact contributions, older more likely engage Education health‐related SDGs dominate focus among contributing firms. recommends policies mandating environmental, social, (ESG) strengthen contributions. Policymakers could incentivize compliance through tax benefits or sustainability‐linked financing aligned SDGs. Purpose: This research aims to assess the extent which universities in Saudi Arabia and Egypt have institutionalized digital teaching technologies (DTTs) enhance institutional sustainability. It focuses on mediating role of change management strategies moderating effects cultural norms, technological infrastructure, economic factors this relationship, specifically examining their impact Design/methodology/approach: study uses a mixed-methods approach with comparative case strategy. Purpose This study aims to address the link between green transformational leadership (GTL) and management practices (GMPs) achieve environmental stewardship (ES) in modern organizations while exploring mediating role of digital transformation readiness (DTR) moderating roles eco-friendly technology adoption (ETA) tacit knowledge (TK). Design/methodology/approach An empirical comprising a sample data 354 professionals was analysed on partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) 4.0 software. This study examines the influence of various leadership styles on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) within Bangkok's rapidly growing construction industry.
