Abstract
Organizations
increasingly
implement
AI
for
career
development
to
enhance
efficiency.
However,
there
are
concerns
about
employees’
acceptance
of
and
the
literature
on
employee

its
infancy.
To
address
this
research

theory,
we
investigate

Abstract
The

ChatGPT
in

2022
by
OpenAI
has
stimulated
substantial
discourse
on
the
implementation

intelligence
(AI)

academia,

society

large.
Although
AI

utilized
numerous
areas
for
several
years,
emergence

(GAI)
applications
ChatGPT,
Jasper,
or
DALL-E
are
considered
a
breakthrough
acceleration
technology
due
to
their
ease
use,
intuitive
interface,
performance.
With
GAI,
it
is
possible

variety
content
texts,
images,
audio,
code,

videos.
This
creates

requiring

examination,
including
an

Therefore,
this
study
