In the current context of increasing global environmental challenges, sustainable production and development have become strategically important for companies. This study explores impact green managerial awareness on environmentally responsible production, both direct indirect, through mediating role human resource management friendly employee behavior. Utilizing a quantitative research approach, data were collected from 207 wine companies, PLS-SEM technique was employed to analyze relationships between variables. Purpose This study aims to examine the mediating effects of two corporate social responsibility factors – leadership mindset and commitment on relationship between sustainable orientation toward Industry 4.0 environmental decision-making effectiveness. ABSTRACT As sustainability challenges, such as environmental pollution, become increasingly severe, businesses must balance stakeholder interests while achieving economic objectives. Applying theory, this study finds that active participation in corporate social responsibility (CSR) significantly improves supply chain efficiency (SCE), with an indirect effect through mechanisms green technology innovation and information sharing. Heterogeneity experiments reveal CSR has a greater on SCE nonstate‐owned businesses, companies highly competitive positions, strong media attention, regions lower market segmentation. Purpose This study examines the interplay between corporate social responsibility (CSR), green marketing orientation (GMO), competitive advantage and environmental performance at Afyonkarahisar Green Thermal Hotels, a prominent thermal tourism destination in Türkiye.
