Purpose The research purpose is to investigate the impact of green entrepreneurial orientation (GEO) on operational performance (OP) in renewable energy companies, with a particular focus mediating roles innovation strategy (GIS) and culture (GIC). Design/methodology/approach Data were collected through interactive surveys 338 middle senior managers companies prioritizing sustainability. relationships between variables analyzed using SmartPLS Jamovi software, which facilitates structural equation modeling.
