Postbiotics are the non-viable bacterial products or low molecular weight metabolites produced by probiotics that have received considerable attention owing to their health promoting effects. The present study aimed investigate safety and antibacterial properties of postbiotic components Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus (Lra) Limosilactobacillus reuteri (Lre) for potential applications in food products. freeze dried (FD-P) from Lra Lre were extensively analyzed physico-chemical actions against common borne pathogens. Higher levels total flavonoids (1971.79 ± 20 mg Qu/ g), short-chain fatty acid (23 µg/g), sugar contents, CAT, SOD anti-oxidative enzymes detected postbiotic, while GSH-px riboflavin higher postbiotics (P < 0.01). No significant differences recorded phenolic (2501 2518 GAE/ L) crude protein contents (305. 58 296.23 µg/g) (p ≥ 0.05), respectively. Both FD-P samples showed enhanced activities Gram-Positive pathogens compared Gram-Negative combining two further potentiated actions. non-hemolytic human erythrocyte cells, exhibited cytotoxicity MRC 5 IPEC-J2 cell lines at highest used concentrations (150 mg/ml). In summary, derived safe bioactive ingredients with antioxidant capabilities, having as a natural preservatives system, potentially enhancing extending shelf life

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is one of the most challenging diseases in 21st century, and more than 10 million people around world suffer from IBD. Because limitations adverse effects associated with conventional IBD therapies, there has been increased scientific interest microbial-derived biomolecules, known as postbiotics. Postbiotics are defined preparation inanimate microorganisms and/or their components that confer a health benefit on host, comprising inactivated microbial cells, cell fractions, metabolites, etc. have shown potential enhancing treatment by reducing inflammation, modulating immune system, stabilizing intestinal flora maintaining integrity barriers. Consequently, they considered promising adjunctive therapies for Recent studies indicate postbiotics offer distinctive advantages, including spanning clinical (safe origin), technological (easy storage transportation) economic (reduced production costs) dimensions, rendering them suitable widespread applications functional food/pharmaceutical. This review offers comprehensive overview definition, classification postbiotics, an emphasis biological activity both prevention © 2024 Society Chemical Industry.

Although the role of gut microbiota (GMB)-derived metabolites in mitochondrial and endolysosomal dysfunction Alzheimer's disease (AD) under metabolic syndrome remains unclear, deciphering these host-metabolite interactions represents a major public health challenge. Dysfunction mitochondria networks (ELNs) plays crucial can exacerbate AD progression, highlighting need to study their reciprocal regulation for better understanding how is linked syndrome. Concurrently, disorders are associated with alterations composition GMB. Recent evidence suggests that changes GMB its may be involved pathology. This review highlights mechanisms syndrome-mediated development, focusing on interconnected roles dysfunction, ELN abnormalities, metabolites. We also discuss pathophysiological GMB-derived metabolites, including amino acids, fatty other extracellular vesicles, mediating effects dysfunction. Finally, this proposes therapeutic strategies by directly modulating functions through targeting
