During 1-week control period, asked report their experiences negative events, SC, stress. In subsequent they engaged whenever experienced events. Trait weekly stress also evaluated before intervention, including follow-up period. Multilevel modeling showed slight significant increase reduction However, slope differ significantly between periods. Moreover, there no changes trait nor stress, although levels decreasing trend small effect size from pre post This provided preliminary evidence feasibility utility EMI cultivating using writing. Although sizes small, highlighted possible approaches effectiveness is preregistered.
