Numerous studies have focused on the ways to cultivate self-compassion (SC). Most of SC interventions were typically lengthy and did not capture momentary fluctuations in after each exercise intervention. Therefore, we explored impact repeated self-compassionate writing as an ecological intervention (EMI). Seventy-five participants completed a 3-week study with signals sent twice daily, resulting 1,980 observations collected. Trait weekly stress also evaluated before intervention, including follow-up period.
