Thunbergia grandiflora belongs to the family Acanthaceae and is a widely distributed dicotyledonous plant in tropical subtropical regions. Three isolates of Allophoma (Dothideomycetes, Pleosporales, Didymellaceae) were collected from leaves T. Guangxi Province, China.Phylogenetic analyses combined ITS-LSU-rpb2-tub2 dataset indicate that one our three strains represents an undescribed species with close affinity A. minor other two clustered amongst pterospermicola. Evidence morphology sequence analysis indicates GUCC 2070.7 new we introduce here as thunbergiae. This first report about taxa this host plant.

This paper provides an updated classification of the Kingdom Fungi (including fossil fungi) and fungus-like taxa.Five-hundred twenty-three (535) notes are provided for newly introduced taxa changes that have been made since previous outline.In discussion, latest taxonomic in Basidiomycota Mycosphaerellales broadly discussed.Genera listed Mycosphaerellaceae confirmed by DNA sequence analyses, while doubtful genera (DNA sequences being unavailable but traditionally accommodated Mycosphaerellaceae) discussion.Problematic Glomeromycota also discussed based on phylogenetic results.

Abstract Freshwater Dothideomycetes are a highly diverse group of fungi, which mostly saprobic in freshwater habitats worldwide. They important decomposers submerged woody debris and leaves water. In this paper, we outline the genera with notes keys to species. Based on multigene analyses morphology, introduce nine new genera, viz . Aquimassariosphaeria , Aquatospora Aquihelicascus Fusiformiseptata Neohelicascus Neojahnula Pseudojahnula Purpureofaciens Submersispora ; 33 species, Acrocalymma bipolare kunmingensis cylindrica songkhlaensis A. yunnanensis Ascagilis submersa thailandensis Bambusicola aquatica Caryospora Dictyocheirospora thailandica crocea Helicosporium thailandense Hongkongmyces aquaticus Lentistoma aquaticum Lentithecium kunmingense Lindgomyces Longipedicellata submersus Neohelicomyces dehongensis N. thailandicus Neohelicosporium submersum Nigrograna Occultibambusa Parabambusicola Pseudoasteromassaria Pseudoastrosphaeriella Pseudoxylomyces Roussoella Shrungabeeja variabilis Tetraploa puzheheiensis T. 16 combinations, viz. typhicola thalassioideus guttulaspora queenslandica seychellensis sunyatsenii Ernakulamia xishuangbannaensis chiangraiensis egyptiacus elaterascus gallicus unilocularis uniseptatus australiensis potamophila 17 geographical habitat records, Aliquandostipite khaoyaiensis Aquastroma magniostiolata C. quercus Dendryphiella vinosa cochinensis Fissuroma neoaggregatum Helicotruncatum palmigenum Jahnula rostrata Neoroussoella bambusae leucaenae pustula Paramonodictys solitarius Pleopunctum pseudoellipsoideum Pseudocapulatispora longiappendiculata Seriascoma didymosporum vadirajensis ten collections from China Thailand, Amniculicola guttulata Aquaphila albicans Berkleasmium latisporum Clohesyomyces rotunda Flabellascoma fusiforme elegans Tubeufia cylindrothecia phitsanulokensis roseohelicospora synonymized D. tectonae respectively. Six orders, 43 families 145 belong reviewed. Of these, 46 occur exclusively habitats. A world map illustrates distribution Dothideomycetes.

Abstract The global diversity of fungi has been estimated using several different approaches. There is somewhere between 2–11 million species, but the number formally described taxa around 150,000, a tiny fraction total. In this paper, we examine 12 ascomycete genera as case studies to establish trends in fungal species descriptions, and introduce new each genus.
