Ganoderma is a white-rot fungus with cosmopolitan distribution and includes several economically important species. This genus has been extensively researched due to its beneficial medicinal properties chemical constituents potential nutritional therapeutic values. Traditionally, species of were identified solely based on morphology; however, recent molecular studies revealed that many morphology-based are conspecific. Furthermore, some type in poor condition, which hinders us from re-examining their taxonomic characteristics obtaining data. Therefore, new fresh collections multigene sequences needed fill the loopholes understand biological classification system Ganoderma.In survey Guizhou Province, southwest China, we found growing soil and, herein, it was by both morphology phylogenetic evidence. Hence, propose species, Ganodermaovisporum sp. nov. characterised an annual, stipitate, laccate basidiome, red-brown brownish-black pileus surface pale white pores, duplex context, clavate pileipellis terminal cells, trimitic hyphal system, ellipsoid basidiospores dark brown eusporium bearing coarse echinulae obtuse turgid appendix. Phylogenetic analyses confirmed novel sisters G.sandunense high bootstrap support. RPB2 sequence supplied for first time. Notably, re-examined specimen provide more precise description cells basidia. The increased use of pesticides by major agricultural players has resulted in various environmental pollution and serious health risks. In Brazil, the pesticides, such as glyphosate, 2,4-D atrazine, constitute an important factor enabling high productivity, however, they make country one world's largest consumers pesticides. An interesting way to degrade these is bioremediation. Several conventional ex situ techniques have been successfully used remediate without releasing toxic compounds contemplating rapid bioremediation contaminated sites.
