Abstract
The
emergence
of
the
Covid-19
pandemic
and
constant
changes
in
expectations

Abstract
Reconciling
product
flexibility
with
cost,
delivery,
and
quality
is
an
ambidextrous
organizational
capability
known
as
mass
customization
capability.

study

on
how
this
affected

three
practices––knowledge

from
customers,
modularity,
online
sales
configurator
