Abstract This study examines how employee engagement functions as a mediator between worker productivity and Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices in Bangladesh's industrial industry. We used web-based, structured questionnaire to survey 401 workers from different companies. Comprehensive research using structural equation modeling showed that GHRM significantly improves ( p < 0.05, β = 0.154), which turn boosts 0.281). Purpose This study aimed to investigate the impact of leader STARA competence (LSC) – managing and implementing smart technologies, artificial intelligence, robotics algorithms– on green competitiveness (GC) in tourism hospitality sectors. This study aims to investigate the effects of psychological contract breach, self-efficacy, mental health, and abusive supervision on employee life satisfaction. Purpose The current study aims to investigate how young smartphone users in Bangladesh relate their brand experiences loyalty. In addition, we want visualize the direct and mediating effects of satisfaction, love advocacy our model. Purpose: This research highlights the interconnection among psychological contract breach, self-efficacy, abusive supervision, financial wellbeing and servant leadership as a mediator that are extensively studied in global contexts. study provides substantial empirical evidence by examining interaction of these variables within distinctive workplace dynamics developing country. Moreover, it aims to offer evidence-based strategies improve wellness, boost productivity, enhance employee satisfaction through leadership. Design/Methodology/Approach: Smart PLS 4 was utilised for Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analyse theoretical pathways interactions variables, whereas SPSS Statistics employed produce demographic data descriptive statistics.
