Purpose: This research highlights the interconnection among psychological contract breach, self-efficacy, abusive supervision, financial wellbeing and servant leadership as a mediator that are extensively studied in global contexts. study provides substantial empirical evidence by examining interaction of these variables within distinctive workplace dynamics developing country. Moreover, it aims to offer evidence-based strategies improve wellness, boost productivity, enhance employee satisfaction through leadership. Design/Methodology/Approach: Smart PLS 4 was utilised for Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analyse theoretical pathways interactions variables, whereas SPSS Statistics employed produce demographic data descriptive statistics. A total 450 replies were gathered, which 68 classified offensive or outliers therefore excluded using Findings: The results show well-being supervision have significantly negative impact on life while self-efficacy shows positive significant impact. findings is positively, partially mediates relation between variables. Abstract This study examines how employee engagement functions as a mediator between worker productivity and Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices in Bangladesh's industrial industry.
