Abstract Background The in-home work environment is the main for home care workers, but it has only been sparsely studied. Our aim was to investigate workers by exploring challenges that arise regardless of a pandemic and investigating Covid-19–specific challenges. Methods Two cross-sectional studies were conducted, one before (2017) during (2021/2022) in three Swedish regions (Jämtland/Härjedalen, Västerbotten Västernorrland), which 1,154 (58%) out 2,000 629 (33%) 1,900 invited participated, respectively. Objectives: Patients receiving homecare are living their everyday lives in own homes. Adapting care to individual needs, preferences, risks, and family situations is seen as essential. The overall aim of this study was develop empirical knowledge risk perception services. research question that guided the was: How a shared between health professionals leaders part providing high-quality within setting? Methods: design multiple-embedded case including 3 single cases. Participants were recruited from Norwegian municipalities. Two focus group interviews conducted each municipality. Perusahaan perlu melakukan pengelolaan sumber daya secara efektif dan efisien agar dapat mencapai performa terbaik, manusia merupakan salah satu yang harus dikelola dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh antara Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Stres Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada PT BFI Finance Indonesia, Tbk Cabang Depok. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25.0 meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, korelasi, regresi linier berganda, asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parsial Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifkan terhadap sebesar Thitung - 3,505 > Ttable 1,661, signifikan 2,334 2,263 1,661. Secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan (X1), lingkungan kerja (X2) stres (X3) turnover intention (Y) Fhitung 20,127 dari F tabel 2.47 besarnya adalah 41%. Pernyataan kuesioner kesatu yaitu “Pimpinan saya selalu berusaha bertindak sesuai kewenangan mengambil Keputusan mengatasi permasalahan jangka Panjang/strategis” memiliki nilai validitas tinggi 0,846. Hal memengaruhi tingkat di Perusahaan. Organisasi mempertimbangkan fokus pada pengembangan sesuai, mengurangi melalui peningkatan kepercayaan stabilitas karyawan.

In 2019, a pandemic changed aspects of people's daily lives. The importance this article is the welfare residents in emergency situations such as epidemics. OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to determine the effects of Labor Inspection Authority’s regulatory tools on physician-certified sick leave and self-reported health outcomes among employees in municipal home-care services Norway. METHODS: We conducted a cluster-randomized controlled trial service sector, 96 eligible municipalities were randomly assigned one three groups: (i) labor inspection visits, based standard inspections; (ii) guidance-through-workshops, where participants from met with inspectors receive information discuss relevant topics; (iii) control group. Data employee (N=1669) collected at baseline 6 12 months after interventions. Additionally, registry data (N=1202) diagnosis specific for 18 RESULTS: found no statistically significant either intervention outcomes.
