Until recently, the study of age-related decline in fertility has focused primarily on ovary; depletion finite pool oocytes and increases meiotic errors leading to oocyte aneuploidy are well-established mechanisms by which declines with advancing age. Comparatively little is known about impact age endometrial function. The endometrium a complex tissue comprised many cell types, including epithelial, stromal, vascular, immune stem cells. capacity this for rapid, cyclic regeneration unique tissue, undergoing repeated cycles growth shedding (in absence an embryo) response ovarian hormones. Furthermore, been shown be capable supporting pregnancies beyond established boundaries reproductive lifespan. Despite its longevity, molecular studies have changes individual populations within endometrium. Human clinical attempted isolate effect aging analyzing conceived euploid, high quality embryos. In review, we explore existing literature pregnancy outcomes. We begin overview principles physiology then behind cellular compartments. Objective To assess the influence of advanced maternal age on congenital malformations, short- and long-term outcomes in offspring nulligravida. Methods A retrospective study was conducted using Korean National Health Insurance Service database spanning from January 2005 to December 2019. All live-born nulligravida (n=3,685,817) were included. The subdivided into following subgroups: <25 years (n=153,818), 25-29 (n=845,355), 30-34 (n=1,738,299), 35-39 (n=787,530), 40-44 (n=151,519), >44 (n=9,296). Outcomes assessed based International Classification Diseases-10 codes. Adjusted odds ratios (aOR) calculated with group as a reference.Result Most malformations showed an dependent increase, but cleft lip abdominal wall defect exhibited U-shape curve, indicating increase even those old. Similarly, various disorders included neonatal composite short-term aged escalation. However, preterm birth outcome most developmental outcomes, except for motor delay Tics, U-shaped pattern. aOR autism cerebral palsy, showing obvious curved 1.50 (95% confidence interval [CI], 1.24-1.82) 1.54 CI, 1.17-2.03), respectively old 1.18 1.11-1.25) 1.19 1.09-1.30) group. Conclusion Overall, has age-dependent correlation shortand neonates.

Infertility is an important issue for human reproductive health, with over half of all cases infertility associated female factors. Dysfunction the complex system may cause infertility. In clinical practice, often treated oral medications and/or surgical procedures, and ultimately assisted technologies. Owing to their excellent biocompatibility, low immunogenicity, adjustable mechanical properties, hydrogels are emerging as valuable tools in reconstruction organ function, supplemented by tissue engineering techniques increase structure functionality. Hydrogel-based strategies targeting pathological mechanisms provide alternatives treatment ovarian, endometrium/uterine, fallopian tube dysfunction. this review, we a general introduction basic physiology pathology system, limitations current treatments, lack translation from animal models physiology. ABSTRACT Reproductive aging in females is characterized by a decline oocyte quantity and quality, as well uterine cervical dysfunction that contributes to infertility pregnancy complications. To investigate mechanisms underlying reproductive aging, we explored the contribution of Spag17 , cilia-related gene associated with tissue homeostasis fibrosis. was expressed throughout female tract; however, its expression declined age ovarian tissue, while high levels were observed cervix young during remodeling pre- post-parturition periods. Loss mice resulted impaired fertility, obstructed labor, maternal death. This phenotype accelerated increased fibrosis, stiffness, further complicating parturition. At molecular level, loss activated key aging-associated pathways, including proinflammatory, profibrotic, senescence signaling, suggesting SPAG17 may be critical player aging. TEASER modulator

ABSTRACT Endometrium, the lining of uterus, changes dynamically in response to fluctuations ovarian hormones. The proper endocrine environment regulates endometrial functions: menstruation and supporting pregnancy. Obesity is closely related dysfunction, which seriously affects women's health fertility, but pathological mechanism unknown. Chemerin an adipokine involved multiple biological events such as immunity metabolism by acting on its functional receptors. This study aimed characterise effects chemerin human epithelial cells RNA‐Seq. 12Z were utilised model because immunoblot results showed that they expressed markers, markers receptors for chemerin. Principal component analysis (PCA) treatment significantly altered transcriptome. Differential Expression Analysis found 388 significant differentially genes (DEG) group compared with controls. Gene Set Enrichment (GSEA) inhibited lipid induced epithelial‐mesenchymal transition (EMT)‐like process cellular senescence. More importantly, GSEA immunoblots restrained STAT3 signalling pathway, required receptivity establishment. Collectively, these findings provide new evidence over‐produced underlying dysfunctions obesity.
