Abstract Copper-doped ZnO nanoparticles with the formula Zn 1−x(Cu) O, where x = 0.0, 0.03, 0.05, and 0.07 were produced using co-precipitation process. Physical, chemical, structural properties properly examined. Powdered X-ray diffraction (P-XRD) patterns revealed formation of hexagonal wurtzite crystal structure in all samples, through atomic substitutional incorporation Cu-doped lattice. The presence Cu ions their dissolution host was supported by FT-IR spectra. HR-TEM images used to assess average size, morphology, shape regularity synthesized samples. form homogeneity changed when substituted, as evidenced FE-SEM/EDX analysis. copper signals samples indicates that doping successful. decrease zeta potential an increased percentage designates (NPs) are more stable, which could be attributed increase ionic strength aqueous solution. NPs evaluated for substantial vitro antioxidant properties. In addition, antimicrobial efficacy materials tested against pathogenic microorganisms. Regarding anti-diabetic activity, 7Cu sample showed highest inhibitory effect on α-amylase enzyme. No variations observed activities acetylcholinesterase enzyme (AChE) proteinase enzymes doped different concentrations Cu. Therefore, further studies recommended reveal in-vitro activity studied Finally, molecular docking provided valuable insights into binding interactions α-amylase, FabH E. coli , Penicillin-binding proteins S. aureus .
