COVID-19

the

time
perspective
(TP),
describing
dispositional
tendencies
to
use,
and
overuse

horizons,
is
observed
psychological
research
literature.
Additionally,
it
has
been
suggested
that
people
can
develop
Balanced
Time
Perspective
(BTP).
The
term
BTP
refers
ability
switch
effectively
between
temporal
horizons
response
situational
environmental
demands.
Among
various
methods
assessing
BTP,
one
gained
particularly
high
attention
researchers,
namely
Deviation
from
(DBTP).
It
depicts
a
deviation
an
optimal
profile,
shown
be
robust
predictor
multiple
real-life
outcomes
variables.
In
present
article,
we
provide
systematic
review
empirical
literature
reporting
relationships
DBTP
Our
shows
findings
refer

phenomena,
including
well-being,
mental
health,
personality,

functioning,

interpersonal
relations,

features

conclude
that,

Abstract
Background
Steroid
hormones
are
key
mediators
of
adaptative
responses
to
exercise,
a
stimulus
that
may
concurrently
affect
their
blood
concentrations.
However,
the
chronic
endocrine
adaptations
and
whether
these
potential
changes
dependent
on
exercise
intensity
remain
undetermined.
Moreover,
it
is
also
unknown
if
exercise‐induced
effects
steroid
hormonal
status
related
participant'
sex.
Methods
This
study
aimed
investigate
24‐week
supervised
concurrent
training
intervention
in
sedentary
young
men
women.

adults
