Rapid and intelligent identification of prostate cancer (PCa) is critical for early diagnosis. Herein, a convenient, reliable, strategy proposed to screen PCa individuals through indirectly quantifying sarcosine (Sar), an indicator PCa, in clinical urine samples. Success achieved by integrating oxidase (SOX) as specific recognition unit; nanozyme-assisted multicolor visualization platform signal reporter. With the Fe-MOFs peroxidase, synergetic action SOX response gold nanorods (Au NRs) controlled etched exhibit multicolored signal. The sensor exhibits excellent linearity with Sar within 1-60 × 10
