Public services provided by local governments are essential administrative functions, with the government serving as sole provider. Consequently, public’s reliance on these underscores importance of maintaining high levels employee performance. Employee performance is influenced various organizational and individual factors, particularly work culture, environment, discipline. This study investigates extent to which three factors affect A quantitative research design was employed, targeting a population 43 employees. The used probability sampling technique, specifically simple random sampling, select sample 38 respondents. Data were analyzed using both descriptive inferential statistical methods. Descriptive statistics, including frequency analysis, determine mean scores for each item. Inferential analysis applied multiple linear regression examine effects independent variables dependent variable. results indicated positive association between culture performance; however, effect not statistically significant, t-value 0.246 exceeding 0.05 significance threshold. In contrast, environment discipline had significant when examined independently. Furthermore, combined revealed joint influence performance, reflected an F-value 30.078 p-value below 0.05. conclusion, while alone may significantly enhance collective critical in improving outcomes. These findings suggest that organizations should prioritize optimize achieve broader objectives.
