3,3',4,4',5-pentachlorobiphenyl (PCB126) is widely distributed, non-degradable and bioaccumulative, which can affect the function of tissues organs living organisms. Melatonin (MT) a sort indole neurohormone that mainly secreted by pineal gland. Numerous studies have shown MT alleviate intestinal injury through various mechanisms such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-apoptosis. For above reasons, aim this study to explore mechanism in mice after exposure PCB126 well antagonistic effect MT. Mice were respectively fed (0.326 mg/kg) and/or (10 vivo. In vitro, colonic epithelial cells (MCEC) treated with (150 μM) (2 mM). We found microscopic structure colon tissue was impaired PCB126. The levels oxidative stress, protein mRNA expression inflammatory related factors significantly increased tight junction decreased. Abstract Imidacloprid (IMI) is a neonicotinoid insecticide with the highest global market share, and IMI exposure in environment can negatively affect many nontarget organisms (a general term for affected by drugs other than target organisms). Resveratrol (RSV), non‐flavonoid polyphenolic organic compound derived from peanuts, grapes, plants, has anti‐inflammatory antioxidant effects. It currently unclear how RSV protects against cell damage caused IMI. Therefore, we established an experimental model of chicken lymphocyte lines exposed to 110 μg/mL and/or 0.5 μM 24 h. According results, markedly raised intracellular reactive oxygen species levels diminished activity cellular enzymes (CAT, SOD, GPx), leading MDA accumulation decreased T‐AOC. JNK , ERK P38 essential components mitogen‐activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathway, were also expressed more when was present. Additionally, resulted upregulation mitochondrial apoptosis ( Caspase 3 9 Bax Cyt‐c ) necroptosis 8 RIPK1 RIPK3 MLKL related factors expression, downregulation Bcl‐2 induction cytokine IL‐6 TNF‐α IFN‐γ expression. The combined treatment significantly reduced oxidative stress levels, inhibited MAPK alleviated IMI‐induced apoptosis, necroptosis, immune dysfunction. To summarize, antagonized dysfunction inhibiting ROS/MAPK pathway.

Abstract Imidacloprid is an insecticide that protects against insects in the agriculture, animal, and poultry production sectors. Since accumulation of imidacloprid induces adverse impacts on general health status quality food chain, this study tested broilers. Besides, selenium nanoparticles were fed to birds relieve negative growth performance status. Birds (1-day age, initial weight 46.05 ± 1.0 g) divided into four groups (triplicates) where 15 chicks each replicate (45 for group). The first group (control) was basal diet without either or toxicity. second nano form at 3 mg/kg. third exposed 1/10 LT 50 (3 mg/kg body weight). fourth mg/kg) All kept under same conditions 35 days. final gain showed marked improvement compared imidacloprid-exposed group, while feed intake conversion ratio markedly reduced. red blood cells higher values than control those imidacloprid. Interestingly, hemoglobulin hematocrit increased with exposure. Furthermore, white total protein, albumin, globulin feeding. had aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine (ALT), malondialdehyde levels remaining groups. Euodiae Fructus (EF) is the dried and nearly ripe fruit of Euodia rutaecarpa , first recorded in Shen Nong’s Herbal Classic . EF a versatile Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) known for effects dispelling colds alleviating pain, suppressing adverse qi to relieve vomiting, boosting yang mitigate diarrhea. However, it should be noted that possesses mild toxicity. In TCM prescriptions, employed treat various ailments, including abdominal diarrhea, chronic non-atrophic gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome, primary dysmenorrhea. This review collected literature published before September 2024 on EF. An exhaustive analysis was conducted utilizing multiple sources, namely classic books scientific databases like Web Science, PubMed, Elsevier, ACS, ResearchGate, Google Scholar, National Knowledge Infrastructure. So far, more than 300 metabolites have been extracted identified from EF, exhibiting pharmacological effects, such as cardiovascular protection, gastrointestinal neuroprotection, anti-inflammation, analgesia, anti-tumor, glucose lipid metabolism regulation, etc. It also exhibits diverse toxicological properties poses specific toxic risks liver, heart, kidney. Nonetheless, research scarce regarding toxicology especially its cardiotoxicity nephrotoxicity.
