Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) remains an ongoing health concern, with poor treatment options and prognosis for many patients. Typically, individuals are detected at the middle terminal stages, resulting in medical results due to lack of initial diagnosis treatment. So, finding specific effective therapy is necessary. In addition, exosomes generally small lipid vesicles a diameter nanometer range that created released by different types. Exosomes have therapeutic potential through delivering bioactive compounds including microRNAs, siRNAs, proteins tumor cells, modifying microenvironment, promoting anti-tumor immune responses. recent years, exosome-based has become known as appropriate approach NSCLC This review offers overview possibility NSCLC, emphasis on mechanisms action, preclinical research, current clinical trials. Preclinical studies shown can decrease growth, metastasis, drug resistance models. Furthermore, trials looking safety efficacy therapies patients, offering important insights into their translational prospects. Despite promising evidences, significant obstacles remain, optimizing exosome isolation purification techniques, standardizing production strategies, developing scalable manufacturing processes. Overall, shows promise novel various methods treating enhance patient outcomes evolution

Lung cancer has a notably high incidence and mortality rate, understanding its occurrence development is crucial for effective treatment. Circular RNA closely associated with tumor progression, playing role in tumorigenesis by regulating gene expression influencing cell proliferation apoptosis. This study aims to explore the circFOXK2 NSCLC elucidate underlying mechanisms. qRT-PCR Western Blot analyzed expressions of circFOXK2, STMN1, PABPCA lines, as well their relationships. The roles STMN1 proliferation, invasion, migration cells were assessed through CCK8, EDU, Transwell experiments. pulldown assays mass spectrometry elucidated RNA-binding proteins circFOXK2. Subcutaneous tail vein lung metastasis experiments impact on growth vivo. In this study, we identified which significantly overexpressed NSCLC, bioinformatics screening. Elevated levels enhance cells. Furthermore, such co-IP spectrometry, found that interacts PABPC1 form complex, correlates positively progression tumors. Simultaneously, circFOXK2/PABPC1 complex increases stability mRNA, thereby promoting transcription translation STMN1. Our experimental results indicate oncogenic effect requires assistance summary, have demonstrated significant NSCLC.

Early diagnosis of lung cancer (LC) is challenging, treatment options are limited, and resistance leads to poor prognosis management in most patients. The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway plays a vital role the occurrence, progression, therapeutic response LC. Recent studies indicate that non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), including microRNAs (miRNAs), long (lncRNAs), circular (circRNAs) function as epigenetic regulators can promote or inhibit by interacting with Wnt proteins, receptors, transducers, transcriptional effectors, thereby affecting LC cell proliferation, metastasis, invasion, resistance. Deepening our understanding regulatory network between ncRNAs will help overcome limitations current methods. This article comprehensively reviews mechanisms related functions LC, examining their potential diagnostic prognostic biomarkers targets, aiming offer new promising perspectives for treatment.

Lung cancer is responsible for the death of over a million people worldwide every year. With its high mortality rate and exponentially growing number new cases, lung major threat to public health. The poor survival rates patients can be attributed stealth progression late diagnosis. For long time, intrusive tissue biopsy has been considered gold standard diagnosis subtyping; however, intrinsic limitations cannot overlooked. In addition being invasive costly, it also suffers from in sensitivity specificity, not suitable repeated sampling, provides restricted information about tumor molecular landscape, inaccessible several cases. To cope with this, advancements diagnostic technologies, such as liquid biopsy, have shown great prospects. Liquid an innovative non-invasive approach which cancer-related components called biomarkers are detected body fluids, blood, urine, saliva others. It offers less alternative potential applications routine screening, predicting treatment outcomes, evaluating effectiveness, detecting residual disease, or disease recurrence.
