Abstract
Super‐resolution
fluorescence
imaging
of
live
cells
increasingly
demands
fluorescent
probes
capable
multi‐color
and
long‐term
dynamic
imaging.
Understanding
the
mechanisms
probe‐target
recognition
is
essential
for
engineered
development
such
probes.
In
this
study,
it
discovered
that
molecular
lipid
solubility
parameter,

,
determines
staining
performance
dyes
on
droplets
(LDs).
Fluorescent
