Bovine serum albumin (BSA) has been widely used in biosensors as a blocking agent. Herein, conformist BSA was first exploited an ingenious operator to enhance the photocurrent response of (2Z,2′Z)-2,2′-(1,4-phenylene)bis(3-(4-(bis(4-methoxyphenyl)amino)phenyl)acrylonitrile) (TPDCN)-based photoelectrochemical (PEC) platform via manipulating electron transfer process detection system. Abstract Super‐resolution fluorescence imaging of live cells increasingly demands fluorescent probes capable multi‐color and long‐term dynamic imaging. Understanding the mechanisms probe‐target recognition is essential for engineered development such probes. In this study, it discovered that molecular lipid solubility parameter, Clog P , determines staining performance dyes on droplets (LDs). Fluorescent with values between 2.5 4 can form buffering pools outside LDs, replacing photobleached within LDs to maintain constant intensity in thereby enabling super‐resolution LDs. Guided by four different colored LD spanning visible light spectrum have been developed. Using Structured Illumination Microscopy (SIM), role dynamics tracked during cellular ferroptosis secretion, storage, degradation overexpressed ACSL3 proteins. It found serve as storage sites these proteins through membrane fusion, further degrade via interactions organelles like lysosomes or lipophagy, maintaining homeostasis.
