treatments.
Immediate
extensive
irrigation
serves
as
the
first-line
intervention,
followed
by
various
therapeutic
protocols
applied
throughout
different
stages
of
condition.
To
optimize
outcomes,
conventional
regimens
increasingly
incorporate
biological
agents
surgical
techniques.
In
recent
years,
nanotechnology
has
made
significant
strides,
revolutionizing
management
ocular
enabling
sustained
drug
release,
enhancing
treatment
efficacy,
minimizing
side
effects.
This
review
provides
a
comprehensive
analysis
etiology,
epidemiology,
classification,
therapies
for
burns,
with
special
focus
on
nanotechnology-based
delivery
systems
managing
injuries.
Twelve
categories
nanocarrier
platforms
are
examined,
including
liposomes,
nanoemulsions,
nanomicelles,
nanowafers,
nanostructured
lipid
carriers,
nanoparticles,
hydrogels,
dendrimers,
nanocomplexes,
nanofibers,
nanozymes,
nanocomposite
materials,
highlighting
their
advantages
targeted
delivery,
biocompatibility,
improved
healing
efficacy.

current
challenges

Microneedles
have
shown
considerable
potential
in

ocular
diseases,

Staphylococcus
aureus
has
become
one
of
the
most
common
pathogens
in
clinical
tissue
infection,
and
it
is
easy
to
form
biofilm.
Incomplete
removal
biofilms

bacteria
developing
drug
resistance.
Therefore,

Herein,
a
temperature-sensitive
hydrogel
was
prepared
by
doping
photothermal
carbon
dots
(PTCDs)
chelated
Ag+,
AIPH
which
can
produce
alkyl
radicals
response
heat
into
thermodissolved
gelatin.
Under
irradiation
660
nm
laser,
PTCDs
generate
dissolve
hydrogel,
prompting
chelation
silver
ions
for
chemical
sterilization.
Meanwhile,

(AIPH)

achieving

ABSTRACT
Hyaluronic
acid
(HA)
is
extensively
utilized
in
biomedical
applications,
and
its
functionality
can
be
enhanced
by
introducing
aldehyde
groups
(─CHO)
through
oxidation.
In
this
study,
cold
atmospheric
plasma
(CAP)
was
used
to
treat
aqueous
HA
solutions,
resulting
the
formation
of
plasma‐modified
(PMHA)
containing
─CHO
groups.
The
free
radicals
generated
from
interactions
between
water
molecules
CAP
particles
reacted
with
HA,
leading
oxidation
hydroxyl
into
cleavage
glycosidic
bonds,
causing
molecular
depolymerization.
PMHA
then
synthesize
hydrogels
combination
carboxymethyl
chitosan
ɛ‐polylysine.
This
study
presents
an
effective
approach
for
generating
functionalities
offers
insights
interaction
polysaccharides.
