Abstract The extensive use of bisphenols in the plastics industry globally is a major growing concern for human health. Bisphenol compounds are easily leached out from plastic containers to food, beverages, and drinking water contaminate natural environment. Daily exposure bisphenol increases their load impairs various organs, including reproductive system. directly or indirectly affect ovarian functions, such as folliculogenesis, steroidogenesis, oogenesis, thereby oocyte quality. A (BPA) its structural analogues act endocrine disruptors induce generation reactive oxygen species (ROS) within ovary. Excess levels ROS death pathways follicular steroidogenic cells steroidogenesis. reduced level estradiol-17β growth development that reduces number quality oocytes.
