Abstract Artificial Intelligence (AI) has triggered profound reforms across industries, including education. These developments necessitate the inclusion of AI as a subject in K-12 classrooms. However, need for students to learn demands that educators pay increasing attention, believe its relevance and intend promote it among their colleagues. This paper aimed explore teachers' perceptions behavioral intention teach AI. We specifically considered association anxiety, perceived usefulness, attitude towards AI, relevance, readiness, factors. research further aims examine moderator effect social good confidence on relationship our hypothesized model. Abstract Rapid technological advancements of recent decades have fueled, among other aspects, a global boom in the utilization artificial intelligence (AI) tools across variety areas. Higher education, like domains, has embraced these innovations, with ChatGPT emerging as one latest additions. Faculty perception, ability, and willingness to adopt new remain fundamental factors understanding their proliferation adoption. However, it’s equally important strike balance between reaping benefits technology safeguarding well-being faculty members. Against this backdrop, study assesses impact series on adoption university members, taking reference Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Additionally, we analyze well-being. All hypotheses are tested using covariance-based structural equation modeling (CB-SEM). Digital transformation opens up multiple opportunities for educators to achieve the continuity of learning through life, aligning with UNESCO’s fourth goal sustainable development, and prepare them digital age. Effective integration technology goes beyond using it its own sake; involves deepen students’ experiences. raises key questions about teachers’ competence. Building on DigCompEdu framework, current study aims uncover level competence science teachers their perceptions towards as well identify factors influencing this The adopted a mixed-methods approach utilizing sequential explanatory design. This design involved questionnaire which was administered sample 611 teachers, while semi-structured interview applied 13 teachers. results indicate that medium (58.4%). also revealed had high-level positive use technologies (78%). This study aimed to scrutinize the correlation between English as a foreign language (EFL) lecturers’ digital literacy competence (DLC) based on TPACK-SAMR framework and their technostress. In addition, this revealed how variables correlated EFL teaching performances. Therefore, correlational design with descriptive explanation model was conducted. This research develops learning materials for Computer Numerical Control (CNC) programming courses based on virtual reality technology. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic social activities, one which is educational aspect, has changed pattern to a massive where process that should be carried out face-to-face, but now must carry distance learning. Abstract. EMRs play an essential role in documenting clinical information. Adapting the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) framework, this study investigates English teachers' perspectives on intention to adopt and integrate ChatGPT in their classrooms. This utilizes quantitative cross-sectional research with 114 respondents answering online questionnaire.
