The ability of older adults to engage with information and communication technologies (ICT) is crucial in today’s more digital connected world. Anxiety about failure adopt ICT increasingly likely be a barrier daily living for adults, potentially reducing their freedom as consumers, quality life, independence, wellbeing. Drawing on consumer behaviour, theories frameworks, quantitative survey 706 Australian this paper examines factors influencing anxiety engaging ICT.
