Background With the rising global demand for medical syringes among children, unsuitability of traditional may negatively affect their physical and mental health. Methods This study integrates extended Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to survey 455 child guardians on 10 variables influencing attitudes toward pediatric syringes. Results indicate that aesthetic preferences users significantly influence price value sensitivity purchasing decisions children's guardians. Furthermore, product's function shape users' behavioral intentions. anxiety time error reduction emerge as key factors perceived risks. Conclusions offers product designers crucial insights into products, aims enhance development iteration efficiency, promotes more accurate innovation, decision-making, communication. Additionally, it proposes new recommendations ethical marketing strategies.

This study investigates the factors influencing undergraduate students’ self-directed learning (SDL) abilities in generative Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven interactive environments. The advent of AI has revolutionized environments, offering unprecedented opportunities for personalized and adaptive education. Generative supports teachers delivering smart education, enhancing acceptance technology, providing personalized, experiences. Nevertheless, application higher education is underexplored. explores how these AI-driven platforms impact abilities, focusing on key teacher support, strategies, technology acceptance. Through a quantitative approach involving surveys 306 undergraduates, we identified motivation, technological familiarity, quality interaction. findings reveal mediating roles self-efficacy motivation. Also, confirmed that improvements support strategies within AI-enhanced environments contribute to increasing self-efficacy, acceptance, contributes uncovering can inform design more effective educational technologies enhance student autonomy outcomes. ABSTRACT This systematic review investigates the impact of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) tools on developing academic skills in higher education. Analysing 158 studies published between 2021 and 2024, it focuses GenAI development cognitive, technical interpersonal skills. The results reveal that 94% sampled reported significant improvements cognitive skills, like critical thinking, problem‐solving, analytical metacognitive abilities, facilitated by personalised learning feedback. Indeed, was research (24%), writing (26%), data analysis (33%) literacy (18%). Additionally, were found to promote fostering interactive engaging environments, with notable communication organisation empathy (5%) teamwork (45%). Hence, this underscores importance ethical responsible use tools, ongoing monitoring active stakeholder engagement maximise their benefits They offer a promising avenue for advancement enhancing proficiency promoting effective teamwork.
