The 11th revision of the World Health Organization’s International Classification Diseases (ICD-11) proposed two sibling diagnoses, namely post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and complex PTSD (CPTSD). We aimed to synthesize studies that evaluated association between adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) or CPTSD. Systematic search 7 databases identified 24 (282 effect sizes; 17,075 participants). However, prior research has predominantly focused psychological symptoms, often neglecting the somatic symptoms associated with health. Additionally, there been insufficient exploration mediating role self-efficacy and relationship between socioeconomic status (SES) health, particularly within context Hong Kong. Methods Using data from 3,613 adolescents aged 15 years 109 schools in Kong who participated Programme for International Student Assessment 2018, this study explored two dimensions (psychological symptoms), effect moderating SES. Results We found that significantly reduced primarily by enhancing self-efficacy. MoreovSES moderated these relationships, impact being more pronounced among lower SES backgrounds. Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) bring an increased risk for the development of internalising outcomes. Nevertheless, how cumulative effect ACEs combines with other variables, such as coping strategies, to give rise problems has been little studied so far. Therefore, current study investigates which specific combinations total ACEs, and sociodemographic variables influence depression, anxiety, stress. To this end, 420 young Spanish adults (63% women) 18-20 years old (mean age = 18.92; SD 0.77) participated in study. Participants answered questions completed Questionnaire, Depression, Anxiety, Stress Scale, Brief Coping Scale. Both fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis regression models suggested that impact combination avoidant emotion-focused coping, may conduce women. These findings could serve a basis interventions aimed at primary screening populations more sensitive well re-education adaptive strategies those who have suffered order avoid severe long-term problems.
