In this paper, we propose a simple two-step method for the synthesis of Ag, Au, and Pt-doped ZnO nanoparticles. The is based on fabrication targets using pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique where thin layers metals (Ag, Pt, Au) have been deposited metal-oxide bulk substrate (ZnO). Such formed structures were used as target production doped nanoparticles (ZnO: ZnO: Pt) by ablation in water. influence Pt doping optical properties, structure composition, sizing, morphology was studied UV-Visible (UV-Vis) photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopies, X-ray diffraction (XRD), photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), respectively. band-gap energy decreased to 3.06, 3.08, 3.15 silver, gold, platinum-doped compared pure (3.2 eV). PL spectra showed decrease recombination rate electrons holes case ZnO. SEM, TEM, AFM images spherical-shaped with relatively smooth surface. XRD patterns confirm that well incorporated inside lattice maintained hexagonal wurtzite structure. This work could provide new way synthesizing various materials.

Nowadays, numerous skincare routines are used to rejuvenate aging skin. Retinoids one of the most popular ingredients in antiaging treatments. Among representatives retinoids, tretinoin is considered effective agent with proven effects on skin and can be found formulations approved as medicines for topical treatment acne, facial wrinkles, hyperpigmentation. Other retinoids present various indications, but only tazarotene also adjunctive fine wrinkling pigmentation. The commonly such retinol, retinaldehyde, retinyl palmitate contained cosmeceuticals regulated cosmetics. Since clinical efficacy studies not required marketing cosmetic formulations, there concerns about these retinoids. From a formulation perspective, pose challenge researchers result their instability, low penetration, potential irritation. Therefore, novel delivery systems based nanotechnology being developed overcome limitations conventional improve user compliance. In this review, evidence nanoformulations treatments was evaluated. addition, an overview comparison trials between other presented. general, lack from properly designed support claimed agents cosmeceuticals. "Flawless skin is the most universally desired human feature" an iconic statement by Desmond Morris. Skin indicates one´s health and so important that it affects a person's emotional psychological behavior, these facts having propelled development of cosmetics industry. It estimated in 2023, this industry will achieve more than 800 billion dollars. This boost due to new cosmetic formulations based on nanotechnology. Nanocarriers have been able solve problems related active ingredients regarding their solubility, poor stability, release. Even though nanocarriers evident benefits, they also present some high cost, low shelf life, toxicity. Regulation legislation are two controversial topics use nanotechnology field cosmetics. In area, U.S. FDA has taken lead recommended several biosafety studies post-market safety evaluations. The lack global definition identifies nanomaterials as ingredient hindrance legislation.
