The current study focuses on the synthesis of gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) using plum peel extract obtained by deep eutectic solvent (DES) (Betaine-Urea and Choline chloride-Urea). Formation mechanism DESs molecular interactions between components has been studied quantum chemical methods. have used for obtaining extracts from peel. It established that reducing ability is higher (489—580 mg ASE/g extract) than when a traditional aqueous-alcohol solution (336 extract). Gold were characterized UV-vis spectroscopy, FTIR, SEM-XRD analysis. size AuNPs was found to be 5–10 nm as per particle analyzer, zeta potential −46–47 mV. scavenging sample ABTS radical determined test. synthesized extracting Cl-U exhibited significant antioxidant against ABTS•+, with an IC50 110 mg/mL. For first time in cosmetic product, AgNPs used. creams evaluated their organoleptic characteristics, physicochemical properties, vitro antibacterial activity Escherichia coli Bacillus subtilis. Results show cream 0.5% AuNp increases value moisturizer skin.
