In spite of the exceptional role digital skills in development e-society, there is an obvious lack agreed tools to assess level and deficit those competencies, regarding functional responsibilities for any professional tasks. In this research, authors tested most ubiquitous approach measure development, which justified by EU experts, DigComp 2.1.Our analysis performed using survey civil servants, as a group frontline professionals, responsible society particularly for, e-government development. Our representative covered 428 servants Ukraine. This was chosen considering high impact on economic results (GDP global competitiveness index), defined with correlation coefficients 0.649 0.872 respectively, EU.At same time, we found that Ukraine cannot be considered well-developed, since their average best level, equal 6 points 8-point scale. The skills, character field competencies "digital content creation".In addition, obstacles public servants' are connected low population's readiness services other usage. These can not only light inappropriate administration sphere but also methodological gaps measurement.Particularly, our proved framework assessment should developed flexible (optional certain levels orientation complexity), at tasks within qualification characteristics positions considered.

In Islamic education, the infusion of digital tools is reshaping conventional paradigms, demanding cultivation competence (DC) as a pivotal skill. Balancing technology with cultural and religious sensitivities requires finesse from scholars learners. This chapter underscores DC's enduring importance in lifelong learning, validating its applicability education through study involving 122 participants Indonesia, Uganda, Malaysia. Using quantitative surveys, research affirms DigComp 2.1's validity reliability this context. Notably, learners exhibit moderate level DC across five domains without discernible gender-based differences. These findings advocate for seamless integration contemporary skills into urging educators policymakers to recognise compatibility ideals. serves foundational pillar shaping educational strategies that harmonise learning at intersection principles technological progress.

The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into education has gained increasing attention, yet limited research examines how the curriculum design can enhance learning outcomes and influence learners’ intentions to continue AI learning. This study addresses this gap by integrating theory planned behavior, technology acceptance model, theories motivation, computer self-efficacy explore factors affecting behavioral in education. Using course quality as primary antecedent “intention taking courses” dependent variable, investigates structural relationships mediating variables between these factors. Data were collected through a stratified random sampling method from 19 universities Taiwan, involving 200 students who had completed five core AI-related courses, including intelligence, machine learning, internet things, big data, robotics. analysis, conducted using PLS-SEM, revealed that directly indirectly influences such satisfaction, self-efficacy, technological literacy, motivation. This study investigates how social exclusion influences sustainable consumption patterns, specifically examining its impact on upcycled product adoption as a key metric of circular economy implementation, while also the moderating effects self-efficacy and consumer innovativeness. As isolation becomes increasingly prevalent in modern society, understanding behaviors has become crucial. A survey involving 857 participants was executed October 2024, data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with EQS 6.4. The results revealed that positively both purchase intention for products perception ethical consumption. Furthermore, an enhanced significantly enhances products. Self-efficacy demonstrated significant throughout all relationships model, notably pronounced relationship between awareness. Consumer innovativeness exhibited effect solely association perception, but not intentions. research advances sustainability measurement frameworks by establishing quantifiable links psychological factors outcomes, offering practical metrics assessing dimensions implementation.
