Faced with decreasing demand for traditional handicraft products and the difficulty of finding inheritors, there is an urgent need to prevent unfortunate loss such valuable skills. The use mobile augmented reality technology has huge potential stimulate purchase intentions cultural heritage handicrafts by both domestic overseas tourists, but a relationship largely unexplored. Abstract This paper develops the metaverse quality (MV‐Qual) scale and explores various factors that may impact consumers' perceptions of value when purchasing virtual products in a world.
