The adoption of Virtual Labs (VLs) as a pedagogical tool in higher education is rapidly increasing, especially with the recent shift towards remote learning during COVID-19 pandemic. VLs offer digital alternative to traditional laboratory settings, employing computer graphics, simulations, and interactive models create immersive experiences. While benefits are well-established, their potential contribution sustainability within Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) remains ambiguous. This paper aims address this ambiguity by conducting literature review examine implications adopting HEIs. reveals that have enhance HEIs across multiple dimensions. However, highlights challenges limitations associated implementing despite positive indications. These include issues related usability, technical challenges, costs VLs. suggests need for further research on HEIs, specifically relation achieving SDGs. It emphasises importance considering aspects innovative teaching practices maximise long-term effectiveness By shedding light intersection contributes broader understanding how VLs, can foster stronger connection between people, environment, pedagogy, creating way more sustainable inclusive future education.

To improve construction safety through proactive prevention strategies, it is essential to leverage virtual reality (VR) training programs that foster active learning dynamic interaction between VR systems and learners. Addressing this need, study proposed an interactive immersive (IVR)-based framework, incorporating four elements (ILEs): immediate feedback, basic with objects, assembling knowledge testing. This divided sixty trainees into two groups: one experienced the novel IVR-based approach, while other underwent traditional, non-interactive training. accurately evaluate impact of ILEs on individual performance, conducted t-test analyses utilized machine learning-based SHAP (Shapley Additive exPlanations) analysis compare results both groups. The findings indicated method significantly enhanced learning, positively influencing sensory domains more effectively than existing methods. Notably, 'ILE-(1). Immediate feedback' 'ILE-(2). Training occupational therapy students in manual skills such as goniometry typically requires intensive one on student teacher interactions and repetitive practice to ensure competency. There is evidence that immersive virtual reality (IVR) supported embodied learning can improve confidence performance of skills. Embodied refers learner's experience viewing a simulated body its properties if they were the own biological body. The aim this proof-of-concept study was develop examine usability establish preliminary efficacy an Goniometric Occupational Therapy Program (EGOTTP) teach wrist goniometry. Following generation written scripts, we used 360-degree camera film create program, with 3- levels detailed education for six measures, flexion-extension, radial-ulnar deviation pronation-supination. The existence of media in augmented reality learning will make students more helpful understanding Geometry material. a process can be an important element for creating atmosphere that makes active the process. research objective is to visualize concept or structure abstract object model material so easily understand it. Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) development paradigm employed this study technique. This was conducted on junior high school Serang, Banten province, Indonesia. subjects consisted 40 aged 13 years, consisting 20 male female students. results showed responses from mathematics teachers who taught average result 85. So it said very feasible used as medium. student response test obtained score 84. Students were interested using activities. Furthermore, effectiveness show geometry effective. In addition, effective because application allows see immediately imagine their learning. Augmented helps concepts course effectively.

Online learning has been greatly widespread since the explosion of COVID-19. However, due to lack interaction between teachers and students in online courses, it is very difficult for focus on course content complete learning. Therefore, we developed a novel intelligent multilevel knowledge graph help quickly systematically grasp framework key video lectures. Specifically, our method introduced cues into interactive mapping. This approach not only allows interact with graphs but also displays different levels based its importance. In addition, quasi-experiment was implemented verify effectiveness method. compare effects three weighting strategies traditional manual concept maps students' perception.
