Technology-enhanced teaching has the potential to significantly improve student learning outcomes. Nevertheless, question of what factors predict teacher use technology in cognitive demanding ways is still open. Drawing on theory interactive, constructive, active, and passive (ICAP) learning, this study aimed examine relationships between a school?s innovative climate, teachers? behavior, different modes classroom. The participants were 458 teachers from Serbian schools. Full structural equation modeling revealed that behavior positively related types integration activities. Furthermore, climate was passive, interactive via teachers. On other hand, an school not directly dimensions obtained findings have implications for both practitioners professional development providers.

Innovativeness is one of the crucial teacher professional competencies that can be enhanced top-down or bottom-up. This study aimed to examine multilevel relations between job crafting and innovative behaviour. Data collected from 429 teachers 47 Serbian schools were analysed using modelling techniques. The results revealed several dimensions positively predict behaviour within school. Abstract Previous research has reported a relationship between adolescents' perceptions of school climate and social media use. However, the underlying mechanisms associated with have yet to be fully explored. This study aimed examine role peer bullying in under consideration. cross‐sectional applied correlational model 718 adolescents aged 11–14. Data gathering entailed School Climate Survey, Peer Bullying Self‐Report Form, Social Media Disorder Scale. Significant relationships climate, addiction, emerged from gathered data.
