Despite its obvious relevance for clinical practice and research, it is surprising that presently no hope measure available use among Arabic-speaking populations, especially the most vulnerable ones who have been going through major humanitarian crises. Leukemia is a life-threatening condition that imposes significant challenges not only on patients but also their caregivers. Caregiver burden, multidimensional concept encompassing physical, psychological, and emotional strain, often impacts the quality of care provided to patients. Conversely, hope, critical psychological resource, plays pivotal role in patient well-being coping. Understanding relationship between caregiver burden hope essential for improving holistic cancer care. This descriptive correlational study was conducted at Cancer Institute Valiasr Hospital, affiliated with Tehran University Medical Sciences, May November 2024. A total 400 participants, including 200 leukemia primary caregivers, were recruited using convenience sampling. Data collected Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI) Snyder's Adult Hope Scale (AHS). Descriptive statistics Pearson's correlation coefficient used analyze data SPSS version 16, significance level P < 0.05. The mean score 37.69 ± 7.12, indicating moderate while among 32.19 1.88, reflecting relatively high levels hope. weak statistically negative found overall scores (r= -0.164, = 0.02). Several reports highlight health disparities among Black Americans during the COVID-19 pandemic, though studies assessing positive psychological experiences for this group are nascent. I analyzed responses from a probability-based sample of (n = 981) adults to redress gap. Healthcare professionals constantly face situations that reflect ecosystems’ degradation. These can negatively affect their mental health. Nonsuicidal self-injury (NSSI) among adolescents is a growing global concern. However, effective interventions for treating NSSI are limited. A 36-week quasi-experimental study design of parent-child group resilience training (intervention group) aged 12-17 years was used and compared with treatment-as-usual (control group). The primary endpoint the frequency assessed Ottawa Self-Injury Inventory (OSI), secondary endpoints were levels depression, hope, resilience, family adaptability cohesion as by 24-item Hamilton depression rating scale (HAMD-24), Herth Hope Scale (HHS), Connor-Davidson Resilience (CD-RISC), Family Adaptability Cohesion Evaluation Scale, second edition (FACES-II-CV), respectively. total 118 participants completed trial. Both groups showed significant reduction in after 12, 24, 36 weeks intervention (p< 0.05), although did not differ significantly from control group.
