Objective
Physical
activity
(PA)
has
emerged
as

element

supportive
care

patients
engage
with
exercise.

that
autonomy

is

Background
Breast
(BCa)
and
prostate
(PCa)
cancer
are
two
of
the
most
common
but
survivable
cancers.
One
important
component
survivorship
that
is
impacted
by
treatment
long
term
diminished
quality
life
(QoL).
Supervised
exercise
improves
QoL
subsequent
outcomes
not
accessible
for
all
survivors.
Additionally,
many
factors
influence
including
physical
activity
(PA),
cardiorespiratory

COVID-19
pandemic
has
highlighted
need
to
increase
access

Alberta
Cancer
Exercise
(ACE)
is
an
exercise
oncology
programme
that
transitioned
from
in-person
to
online
delivery
during
COVID-19.
The
purpose
of
this
work
was
understand
participants'
experiences
in
both
modes.
Specifically,
survivors'
facilitators
and
barriers,
mode
preference,
experience
with
elements
targeting
behaviour
change
were
gathered.
A
retrospective
cohort
design
using
explanatory
sequential
mixed
methods
used.
Briefly,
57
participants
completed
a
survey,

subsequent,
optional
interviews
conducted.
Most
indicated
preferring
programmes
(58%),
followed
by
(32%),
no
preference
(10%).

Background
Cancer
is
a
significant
public
health
issue
worldwide.
Treatments

surgery,
chemotherapy,

Context
Given

Background:
Resistance
training
(RT)
yields
physical
and
psychological
benefits
for
women
living
with
beyond
breast
cancer
(WBC).

study
examined
the
feasibility
of
a
virtually
delivered
8-week
socially
supportive
RT
intervention
among
WBC
assessed
changes
in
activity
body
image.
Methods:
