Transitioning to low-carbon energy is key for reaching carbon neutrality and modernizing our systems, but it presents significant cost-related challenges businesses. To foster optimal outcomes, this paper develops a game model including power generators, high-energy businesses, consumers in the trading framework. The explores how different entities evolve their strategies under social learning influence optimize utility. Stability analysis of strategy simulation experiments reveal following findings: (1) Greater quotas reduce generators' transition willingness while high-energy-consuming enterprises remain unchanged. (2) Higher prices products offered by boost motivation across all parties. (3) Increased green premiums enhance revenue parties are constrained policy pricing. (4) Both direct indirect increases emissions negatively impact utility stakeholders. (5) Increasing effect fosters shift towards strategies, accelerating attainment equilibrium, enhancing market stability sustainability. This research provides decision support design enterprises.

Purpose Stringent environmental regulations and the need for a robust supply chain (SC) network have necessitated organizations to adopt circular economy (CE) practices. With proven impact of CE practices on SC activities, digital technologies are prompting digitalize networks. Yet, correlation between digitalization has been less examined. This study aims identify evaluate, critical success factors (CSFs) necessitating strategies helping in digitalization. Design/methodology/approach An extensive literature review was performed CSFs 4.0 (SC4.0), finalization, experts’ input obtained with Delphi approach. integrated Fermatean fuzzy set – analytic hierarchy process decision-making trial evaluation laboratory combined compromise solution technique used evaluate strategies.
