A biodiversidade esteve e está em constante transformação natural, mas devido às ações exercidas pelo homem, seja pela extração de recursos naturais consequentemente a geração poluição descarte inadequado dos resíduos, acelerou extinção espécies matérias-primas aplicadas no processo produção. Nesse cenário, para produção novos produtos necessitou da física química resíduos e, portanto, adoção tecnologias específicas o tratamento disposição final ambientalmente correta.
